What to ask before booking a kids yoga class
- What ages the class is for, and whether it is split by age.
- How long it runs and whether a parent stays in the room or waits outside.
- The price, and whether it is a single class or a term.
- Whether the teacher has taught children before.
- What your child should wear and bring: usually comfortable clothes and water.
Tell the teacher about any health condition, injury or allergy. Keep it playful at home with the printable yoga pose cards, choosing the simple standing and floor poses.
Outside Metro Manila, Anda Yoga Studio and Pranalaya Yoga & Wellness also publish a kids class; see each studio's profile in the studio directory.
Live in the south? Free Ocean Yoga, which publishes a kids class, is one of the studios in yoga in BF Homes.
