How to find the right yoga class

Start with where you will practise. The directory lists 177 verified studios, and 19 cities and areas have their own page with every studio there, its styles, its published rates and how to book. In Metro Manila, choose the page for the area you live or work in, because a class that is easy to reach is the one you keep going to. Browse them all on yoga classes by city.

Then choose a style. Hatha is the usual starting point if you feel stiff or want to learn the poses properly; vinyasa moves faster and warms you up; yin and restorative are slow and quiet; hot classes run in a heated room; aerial uses a hammock. The style quiz asks seven questions and suggests one, and hatha compared with vinyasa explains the two most common.

Finally, check the price and the booking method. 44 studios publish a drop-in rate, and the Manila class price guide shows what each style costs on average. 43 publish a first-timer rate, and some take bookings only by message, so read the profile before you go. New to yoga? What to expect at your first class covers the rest.

What this site does

YogaPhilippines.com is a directory and a library. Every studio entry is checked against the studio's own website, booking page or listing, and rates are shown only as the studio publishes them, with a link to the source. There are no ratings or reviews, and no studio pays to be listed or ranked. The pose library, stretches and guides explain the practice itself, and studios can list or update their details for free.

Questions

How much does a yoga class cost in the Philippines?

It depends on the city and the style. The studios in this directory that publish a drop-in rate charge from ₱250 to ₱1,500 a class, as of October 2026, and class packs bring the cost per class down. The Manila class price guide breaks it down by style.

Are the studio rates on YogaPhilippines.com up to date?

Each rate is copied from the studio's own page or booking system with a link to the source, and the month it was checked is shown on the profile. Studios change prices, so confirm on the source before you pay, and use the correction link on any profile if something has changed.

Can you practise yoga at home with this site?

Yes. The printable sequences give short routines with hold times, every pose links to a page with steps and modifications, and the sun salutation timer paces the opening rounds. A class with a teacher is still the best way to check your alignment.

Where can you find yoga classes in the Philippines?

Start with the city you are in. The studio directory groups every verified studio by city, from Makati, BGC and Quezon City to Cebu and Siargao, and each card shows the styles taught and any published drop-in rate. Filter by style, then open a profile for booking details and the source of each rate.
