What a training like this usually involves
A 200-hour yoga teacher training is the usual first level of teacher training. Most courses cover the same broad ground: daily practice, how to teach and cue the poses, anatomy, yoga philosophy, sequencing, and supervised practice teaching, finishing with an assessment. The hours include contact time with the faculty and, in most programmes, some reading and assignments done on your own.
The style here is not specified on the school's page. A training mostly teaches you to teach the style it practises, so pick one whose classes you already enjoy taking.
