Weekly archive

Each week is saved as it stood at the weekly update. Weeks with fewer than 5 items stay out of search results.

More dates and data

For a whole season at a glance, see yoga retreats in the Philippines and teacher trainings. Every new studio and price change since tracking began is in the changelog on the open data page, and the numbers behind the directory are in the State of Yoga 2026 report.

Questions

How often is the This Week in Yoga page updated?

Every time the site is rebuilt, and at least once a week. It always shows the current Monday to Sunday week in Philippine time, plus events in the following week, so you can plan ahead.

Where do the weekly yoga events and price changes come from?

From the same checked data as the rest of the site: organisers' own event pages for events, and studios' own price pages for price changes. Each event links the page it came from.
