Yoga for expats in Manila
Yoga classes in Metro Manila are taught in English as a rule, so you can join from your first week. BGC, Makati and Rockwell have the most studios close together: we list 25 there, and 13 publish a drop-in rate, so you can pay as you go while you settle in.
How this list is chosen
- A studio in BGC, Makati or Rockwell that publishes a single-class (drop-in) rate on its own pages, cheapest first
- Each entry shows the drop-in, the cheapest regular pack per class, any intro offer, ClassPass and the month we last checked it
- Language of instruction is general guidance for Metro Manila, not checked studio by studio; no studio pays to be listed
Are yoga classes in Manila taught in English?
As a rule, yes. Teachers in Metro Manila generally teach group classes in English, and pose names are given in English or Sanskrit. This is general guidance, not something studios publish one by one, so if it matters, ask when you book.
