How this list is chosen

  • A Metro Manila studio that publishes, on its own pages, a drop-in rate of ₱500 or less, a regular class pack that works out at ₱500 or less a class, or a first-class offer at ₱500 or less
  • Sorted by the lowest of those prices; each studio appears once, with the month we last checked it
  • Promotions, private lessons and courses are left out; no studio pays to be listed

Is there free yoga in Metro Manila?

Rarely, and at short notice. As of 4 October 2026, our yoga events calendar lists no free or community session in Metro Manila; the 5 it lists are outside the metro. Organisers post them on their own pages, often a week or two ahead, so check the calendar again before the weekend.

The most reliable free yoga is the kind you do at home. Our free guided yoga sequences and the four-week beginner plan cost nothing. International Yoga Day falls on 21 June; any open class for it goes into the calendar once its organiser publishes it.

Is there outdoor or park yoga in Metro Manila?

Not as a regular class we can verify. We list outdoor sessions only when an organiser's own page or our events calendar shows them recurring, and as of 4 October 2026 fewer than three in Metro Manila qualify, so there is no list yet. One-off outdoor sessions go into the events calendar when organisers publish them.

If you run or know a regular park session, the organiser can send it through list your studio with a link to the page that announces it.

Other ways to pay less

  • Intro offers: first-class deals are often the cheapest way to try a studio; see yoga intro offers in Manila.
  • Class packs: a pack lowers the price per class, but only if you use it before it expires. Read how to buy a class pack safely first.
  • Off-peak ClassPass slots: midday classes often cost fewer credits; the ClassPass guide shows each studio's direct price to compare.

Questions

What is the lowest regular yoga class price in Metro Manila?

The lowest regular published price we found is ₱350 a class at MUNI Co-Wellness Recreational Center (All Access Flow 20 classes (1 year): ₱7,000, which works out at ₱350 a class), checked October 2026. 6 Metro Manila studios publish a drop-in of ₱500 or less.

How can you practise yoga in Manila for free?

Practise at home with free guided sequences and programmes, watch the events calendar for community classes, and look out for International Yoga Day sessions each June. Organisers post free sessions on their own pages, often only a week or two ahead.

Is a cheap yoga class worth it for a beginner?

Price says little about teaching. A lower rate often reflects a smaller studio, a quieter area or a community class. What matters for a beginner is a class labelled beginner or basics and a teacher who explains each pose, so check the class name before you book.
