Weekly yoga schedule planner

The weekly yoga planner puts your practice for the week on one page. Add home sessions, such as a 20 minute flow or a day from one of our programs, and studio classes on the days and times each studio publishes. Then print the week, add it to your calendar as repeating events, or share it by link.

Calendar times we use (Philippine time): morning 7:00 am, lunch 12:00 noon, afternoon 3:00 pm, evening 6:30 pm. Studio classes show the time band from the studio's published schedule, not a class time, and are blocked as 60 minutes. Check the live schedule before you go.

How to use the weekly planner

  1. Start from the example or your own week. The page opens with an example week. Add your first item and it becomes your own week, saved in this browser.
  2. Add a home session. Choose Home flow, a length from 10 to 60 minutes, a focus such as hips or back-friendly, a level and a style. Or choose Program day and pick a session from the 4-week beginner program, the 30-day challenge or the 14-day flexibility plan.
  3. Add a studio class. Choose Studio class, your city or area and a studio. Only the days and times of day that studio publishes can be picked; the others are crossed out.
  4. Pick a day and time, then press Add. On a computer you can also press the + in any slot of the grid to jump to the form with that day and time filled in. Remove an item with its ×.
  5. Use it. Print the week on one A4 page, download a calendar file that repeats every week for 12 weeks, or copy a link to send to yourself or a friend.

Each home session is a link. A flow opens in the random flow tool with every pose listed, ready to play, print or adjust. A program day opens that session in the program, with each pose linked to its own page.

How it works and what data it uses

Home flows come from the same rule-based generator as the flow tool: a warm-up, a build, a peak, counter-poses and a slow finish, with both sides of every one-sided pose and nothing above the level you chose. Each flow gets a fixed seed from its day, time and settings, which is why the link stays the same.

Studio classes come from our studio data. For each studio that publishes a schedule online, we recorded which days have classes and which parts of the day those classes fall in. Schedules were checked in October 2026. We do not pair each day with each band, and we do not copy class times, because timetables change and the studio’s own page is the one to trust. So a studio offered for Tuesday evening publishes Tuesday classes and evening classes, and the live schedule link on every studio item shows you the exact class. Studios without a readable schedule are not offered here; you can still find them in the studio finder and message them.

The calendar file (.ics) has one event per item, repeating weekly on the same day for 12 weeks, at these start times in Philippine time: morning 7:00 am, lunch 12:00 noon, afternoon 3:00 pm, evening 6:30 pm. Home sessions last their length; studio classes are blocked as one hour. It imports into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and Outlook.

Privacy. There is no account. Your week is kept in this browser’s storage and in the share link if you make one. Nothing is sent to us, and if your browser blocks storage the planner still works for the visit.

Planning a balanced week

A good week mixes effort and recovery. Put a stronger flow or a studio class on days when you have energy, and a gentle stretch or a relaxation flow on busy days or before sleep. Leave at least one full rest day. If you are wondering how much is enough, our guide on how often to do yoga walks through two, three and five days a week, and yoga at home covers space, props and keeping the habit.

Studio classes are the best way to have a teacher look at your shapes, even once a week. To find one that fits a free slot, use find a class now for a day and time band near you.

Want the planning done for you? The personal yoga plan builder makes a four to eight week calendar for your goal, with sessions that get gradually longer, an easier week every fourth week, and automatic rescheduling when you miss a day.

What this tool draws on

The sessions it schedules come from these sequences and programs, and the weekly totals follow our guide to how often to practise.

Questions

How many yoga sessions should a weekly plan have?

Two or three sessions a week is a good start for most people, with a rest day between harder sessions. Short home sessions count. Once that feels easy to keep, add a fourth day or a longer session rather than doing everything at once.

Why does the planner show time bands instead of class times for studios?

Studio timetables change every week, so we record only which days and parts of the day each studio publishes classes for: morning, lunch, afternoon or evening. Use the band to plan, then check the studio's live schedule for the exact class and book with them.

What times do the calendar events use?

Morning items start at 7:00 am, lunch at 12:00 noon, afternoon at 3:00 pm and evening at 6:30 pm, Philippine time. Home sessions last as long as the session, and studio classes are blocked as one hour. Move any event in your calendar app once it is imported.

Can I share my yoga week with a friend?

Yes. Copy link puts your whole week into the link itself, so whoever opens it sees the same sessions and studio classes and can save it on their device. Nothing about the plan is stored on our side.

Will the home flow change if I open the link again later?

No. Each home flow uses a fixed number, called a seed, chosen from its day, time and settings, so the link opens the same poses every time. To get a different flow, change the length, focus, level or style, or open it and press New flow in the generator.
