How to cite a fact

Quote the sentence as written, including its "as of" month, and link to the fact itself, for example https://yogaphilippines.com/facts/#studios-total. For figures in a chart or table, the full method, bases and CSV files are in the State of Yoga in the Philippines 2026 report and on the open data page, licensed CC BY 4.0. To pull the same numbers into your own tools, the static JSON endpoints carry studios, events and price figures, and journalists will find charts, logos and how to get in touch in the media kit.

Counts describe studios with a public source and recent activity, so please say "listed" or "verified" studios rather than "all" studios. City price medians appear only where at least four studios publish a price. Spotted a figure that looks wrong? The corrections page explains how to report it.

Questions

Where do the facts about yoga in the Philippines on this page come from?

Every figure is computed from the YogaPhilippines.com directory: studios checked against their own websites, social pages or ClassPass, plus the events, retreat and teacher training listings. Each fact links to the page that shows the underlying rows and sources. It is a directory snapshot, not a census.

How often are these yoga facts updated?

The page is rebuilt from the data files every time the site is published, so a new studio, price or event date changes the numbers right away. The "as of" month on each fact is the latest month its source records were checked, currently October 2026.
